Refund Policy

For samples:

We can support you to make an exact sample of your specifications at a minimum sample cost. In case we cannot make the sample as agreed by both sides, we will return the sample cost.

For deposit:

After receiving a deposit, we will send you our sample for approval before mass production. If our sample doesn’t meet your standard, you are entitled to ask for a deposit refund.
